Overview

This series of pumps adopts the more popular structure in foreign countries in recent years. Compared with the horizontal mid-open structure, first, the same wall thickness and material can withstand higher static pressure (≥ 1.6MPa); second, the shaft seal Only the mechanical seal is used, which shortens the distance between the impeller to the shaft seal and the shaft seal to the bearing, so the axial size of the pump is also shortened significantly.

The transmission end has an intermediate coupling, and the mechanical seal can be replaced without moving the pump during maintenance. The outlet pipe of the pump is upward, and the inlet pipe has two structures: upward (U-shaped) or on the side (L-shaped). During normal supply, when viewed from the direction of the motor, the L-shaped inlet pipe is on the right side. According to user requirements, it can also be changed to reverse rotation.

Manufacturing materials: pump body, pump cover cast iron or ductile iron; impeller-cast iron, cast steel or cast stainless steel: shaft-stainless steel.

The outlet of the pump is provided with an outlet push tube.
